Welcome to 9culb. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by 9culb ("Platform"). By registering an account, making your first deposit, or simply browsing our platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms stated herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately and do not register a new account. Continued use after updated Terms have been published also constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use the 9culb platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout continued use.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your country.
• Not a citizen or resident of any country that specifically prohibits online gaming.
• Have never been declared bankrupt or are currently undergoing active bankruptcy proceedings.
• Are not enrolled in any active self-exclusion program on any gaming platform.

9culb reserves the right to request additional age verification at any time if doubts arise regarding a user's eligibility. Users who fail to provide the required proof within the specified period will have their account suspended.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the 9culb platform. Opening a second account — whether under a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, identification card number (MyKad), registered phone number, and an active email address. This information is used for the mandatory identity verification (KYC) process before your first withdrawal can be processed.

• Your account name must match the name on your official identification card.
• The registered withdrawal method must be in the same name as the 9culb account.
• Email verification is required to activate your new account.
• Requested KYC documents must be submitted within 14 days of the request being issued.

9culb accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysia payment methods including DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysia banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit limit is RM 30 for eWallet and RM 50 for bank transfer/FPX.
• 9culb does not charge any fees for deposits — however, your bank or eWallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• 9culb does not accept third-party or joint account deposits.
• All deposits are subject to automated security checks and may be delayed if unusual activity is detected.

Eligible players may submit a withdrawal request at any time via the Wallet section in their 9culb account. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals are only processed to an account or eWallet registered under the same name as the 9culb account.
• Any wagering requirements associated with a bonus must be met in full beforehand.
• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 (bank/DuitNow), RM 30 (eWallet).
• Processing times: DuitNow (1–10 minutes), eWallet (5–15 minutes), FPX bank transfer (within 1 business day).
• 9culb does not charge any processing fees for withdrawals.

9culb reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal request that raises reasonable suspicion of fraud or does not comply with these Terms, subject to appropriate internal investigation.

9culb offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated alongside each promotional offer.

General terms applicable to all bonuses at 9culb:

9culb reserves the right to void any bonus and related wins if there is evidence of promotional system abuse. 9culb's decision in such matters is final.

All games available on the 9culb platform use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. This ensures that every game outcome is truly random and cannot be influenced by either 9culb or the player.

• Game results that have been recorded in the system are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, 9culb will use server data to determine the valid outcome.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• The RTP value for each game is publicly displayed and has not been modified by the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. 9culb recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account whenever you finish using a public or shared device.
• Report any suspicious activity to 9culb customer support immediately.

9culb will not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by a third party as a result of your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss amount within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limit: Set reminders or time limits for your gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary self-exclusion (1 day to 6 months) or a permanent one.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic notifications about the amount of time you have spent playing.

All content on the 9culb platform, including but not limited to logos, interface designs, graphics, text, software code, and domain names, is the exclusive property of 9culb or its relevant licensors. No part of this platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 9culb.

• Players are granted a limited licence to use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• Any attempt to scrape, clone, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
• The brand name "9culb" and all associated logos are registered trademarks.

The 9culb platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, 9culb does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or temporary downtime.

• 9culb is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or data loss arising from platform outages.
• 9culb's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount of active deposits in the account at the time of the incident.
• 9culb is not responsible for any taxes or fiscal obligations arising from your wins under the laws of your country.

9culb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
